What I bought and what I received are two different things! Although the collar quality appears to be quite good, strong and durable, the real skulls on the collar are not the same as the picture. Advertisement. They are not as aesthetically pleasing as the skulls depicted on the collar when I placed them in the shopping cart. I still like it and the sizes are pretty good. My Pawco has a neck of about 13 inches and stands on the last possible opening and is just too big. I'll probably add one more and it will fit perfectly. After all, my dog looks like a bad five and that's all that matters.
