If you have a large bust, take one size up.

So I got 3X because my bust size is 48" and my bra size is 42F. But the bust size is 3 x 45 inches. I think if you wear a padded bra it will probably be too tight, but I wear a non-padded bra and it fits perfectly, it's not too tight, it just fits perfectly! I love the material, it looks very nice and feels good!
