I have read negative reviews saying they are just too sharp and actually dangerous to use. I do not agree. I am a retired nurse now with a permanent disability. Sometimes my hands hurt a lot. I find them easy to use and actually find them less dangerous than the other types. Their quality makes them highly effective. Therefore, fewer attempts are required, reducing the likelihood of tissue damage. You don't have to do the work behind the tweezers, be gentle and it will work fine. I also like the tote bag. It snaps in and out easily.
