I love this bamboo stand, it's so handy. I needed a tablet to work from my bed in 8am meetings. The stand is perfect for laptops, my Nintendo Switch with the controllers detached, and my writing tablet. I can also watch videos in bed or fall asleep to music. I have a king size bed and the stand fits comfortably between my partner and I. We often fall asleep in bed with her. I would say the drawer is very thin but a pencil or pen is easily accessible. Folds up conveniently under my side chair for easy storage when not in use.
