Lights are cheap and may not work
The skirt was cute but we bought it for a night run and when the skirts arrived only one worked. I tried changing the battery in the second apron and the wires just fell apart completely. The tutus are cute but if you buy them because they glow then you are wasting your money. Very annoying.
