Great for Halloween

We give these away to kids on Halloween along with some candy. They love them and I like to think it helps them be a bit more visible to traffic after the sun goes down. Only problem I've had is not having enough to give two of them to each little one that visits. For the very little ones, best to give them to a parent since the connectors could be a choking hazard.
