I bought a set of these a few months ago and use them a few times a week. Tomatoes, sweetcorn, black beans, 2-3 ounces chopped fried chicken, dressed with a light ranch sauce mixed with some "spicy" salsa). calorie problems. Baking a tortilla removes extra calories, but the taste isn't the same. To get closer to the restaurant flavor, I lightly coat the flour tortilla with about 1 teaspoon of oil (I like grapeseed oil, but peanut or olive oil works too). All in all a good buy!
