I would say this hat is too small for a teenager but we all have big heads so maybe it's just my family. I bought another hunting hat and my son wanted the same one with a visor like mine. He is four years old, taller and taller than average. I had a hard time finding something that I thought would fit for a boy his age. Stumbled across it and gave it a chance. We all love it and now he can compare himself to his dad lol. Good product, will buy again if hat is lost.
