The small tabs are on the other side of the folder and are also offset. So if you get more than one set, your tabs will be in the same 3 places. Also, the little tab stickers look very cheap so I just cut them off because I have so many things in them that I don't like. The folders themselves feel sturdy, and I like a bit of padding on the front of one side. I bought individual small stickers to use instead and it makes them look a little better. All in all for what it was for 3 spacers they are not worth it.
