My Dark Wardrobe Solution

My wardrobe in the entrance area has no lighting. I want a lighting system that is as close as possible to a built in 120V lighting system controlled by a wall switch. After some research, I settled on VIBELITE, which has the advantage of being very bright, but has the following disadvantages: it uses AAA batteries that don't last long, and it's inconvenient to turn the light on and off with the switch on the whiteboard. devices, especially when I place two lamps in the right spots to get the best light without having to think about how easy it is to reach them to turn them on and off. Here is my solution, which has the following advantages: bright backlight, long battery life and comfortable controls. First I installed two VIBELITE closet lights, one on each side of the closet in the best lighting positions. Second, instead of internal AAA batteries, I used three D-cells (to increase battery life) placed in two battery holders (one holder's cover is removed to show the battery). Two 2-pin quick disconnect connectors were used to connect the flashlights to external batteries (all parts listed above were purchased from Revain.com). Finally I installed a wall switch (on an old working blue plastic 1 gang wall switch box purchased from Lowe) to match the other wall switches in the house to control the lights. This solution keeps the advantages of VIBELITE (brightness and low cost) and eliminates all its disadvantages.
