I've been using Waterpiks for as long as I can remember. I get a new model at regular intervals. My last one was fine except I've been using it for so long that algae was growing in the water compartment. Everything was fine with the new one, except for one thing. The control button is recessed. It's not easy to keep your thumb on the button while brushing your teeth. When it's done, it's hard to find the button because it's countersunk. You may be wondering why, since there is only one thing I don't like, I rate it so poorly. The reason is that it drives me crazy and as soon as my new waterpik (different model) arrives I will throw it away.
