Paint bleeds on surfaces when wet.
When the pieces touch, the paint spreads and lands on the surfaces it touches. There are a few stains on the countertops and countertops. Condensed cups placed near pieces of confetti will bleed out. If you use them to sprinkle on a table or other surface during a celebration, they should not discolour if anything damp or wet comes into contact with them.
