In addition to my initial review, I would like to comment on the very positive customer service experience I had with this company! # Dog. This is a medium sized "big" dog. Unlike a cat who sits cautiously in the seat, my dog tends to flop into the seat a lot. I think that this extra force contributed to one of the cables holding the seat to the suction cups failing! Unfortunately the seat fell outside the return period. I asked if this part could be replaced by purchase; it couldn't be! I did some research looking for a solution and mentioned companies I would try. The person I spoke to didn't think it would work and told me the company would send me a replacement seat! Not wanting to accept such a gracious gesture without first trying the solution I suggested, I accepted the offer. Well, unfortunately, the fix didn't work as well as the original product and reported its findings back to the company. As promised, the company is sending a replacement seat! I think the company has gone further on this matter! I am sure that if you only have cats, you will be very happy with this product! (if they have the opportunity to use it!) With a dog you can beware! 🤣 As for the replacement, I'm planning to see if I can add some support so my dog can keep his view of the world without having to test the upper limits of the product like him!
