This scale is very easy to set up and the mobile app is free to download. I particularly like that it comes with a rechargeable battery, so it's ready to use right out of the box. The AAA battery is also very easy to get from Costco etc as opposed to the button battery my old scale had and I don't even know where to get a replacement. Setting up my profile in the app goes smoothly. When I step on the scale, it turns on automatically. In the app I can see many categories of my body including body fat, bone mass, muscle mass, etc. Clicking on each icon also tells me if I'm normal or not and how I can improve it. It's worth noting that there is also a historical data section where you can track your weight changes over weeks, months and years. Since I'm just starting to use it, I don't have anything to show yet. This is a very valuable addition to my daily routine and I will definitely use it every day to keep track of my fitness!
