Yeah, that sums it up, and at the low, low price of $55, who's to complain? I would be I definitely don't feel that beta-alanine kicks in at the advertised "higher" doses than other pre-workouts, even at 2/3 or half the dose I actually think it's a pretty simple ingredient. The dosage of caffeine is definitely not as advertised. Everything else in the sum does not make up for pre-workout complexes, not even half the price of it. The taste is so soft. Folks, this is false advertising, you should really reconsider your prices and your product!
