Like others, I was a little suspicious of the high rating this pillow had. Especially by those who wrote reviews that got them for free or at a reduced price. I have made it a rule to ignore such reviews. I am NOT being paid for this review and I did not receive a discount for it. My doubts about the pillow were dispelled the first night I slept on it. It was truly one of the most comfortable pillows I have ever laid my head on. I sometimes suffer from night sweats, so I slept on the "cool side" of the pillow. I slept better than I have lately. My face and neck didn't get hot, but they stayed comfortably cool, and because the pillow conformed so well to the shape of my face and head, I tossed and turned a lot less. I also suffer from sleep apnea and need to use a CPAP machine. with a "nose pillow" to keep my airway open. My regular pillows often loosened my "nose pad" and let air out. Using this pillow has greatly reduced this problem! This is a premium pillow in my opinion but the price is negligible for waking up rested and ready to go in the morning. Thank you Dura Global for a product that truly deserves all the high reviews it has received!
