I have Dupuytren's contracture that hurts my hands and calcification on some bones. This makes opening jar lids or bottle caps almost impossible and very painful. This little bottle opener will come in handy. It's small enough to fit in our gadget box. So far I've opened several items with it and it works very well. It'll be fine for my strength level, but I'm not 100% sure you can put all your "small change" in it and not break it since it's plastic. All in all, I highly recommend this.
