Random random item on Prime Day. I could hear the rattle when it was still in the box but decided to give it a try. Plug the included cable into the main port and nothing. The insides of the ports were broken. Decided to open it up and see what was there. The contact inside the port just rests on a thin foot that is not soldered to the board. I put it back in place and filled the cavity with hot glue and it seems to be working. The connectors for the controllers are tight, and the front connector on the charger I received is at an odd angle, making installation even more difficult. The controller is switched on. Conclusion - it was broken and no one needs to fix the new item 1 star
