These containers are exactly what I was looking for. I've just started using them and they have lived up to expectations. The e-books aren't great quality or anything, but the recipes look great and I'm sure I'll be using some of the materials. And yes these are e-books as stated in the description, you will not receive physical copies which is very bad but not unexpected. Containers are small, of course, but they should be. They are good quality and I'm sure they will last quite a long time. Update: (Rating changed from 5 to 3 stars) As many reviewers have noted, they are not suitable for liquids. I will use the container for measuring, but after discovering the salad dressing in my lunch box, I will no longer use it for storing liquids despite the container standing upright. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. However, I really wonder if I should have used the Beachbody brand containers.
