I have been buying jam for many years and everything was fine. These new ones are made of harder rubber and not as thick. Also, there are faint lines showing through in the screen image (these are BRAND NEW) and they "flicker" ugly lines when I try to use them. I had to completely remove the protective film. I don't see a way to contact the seller to send me a new screen. I throw them in the trash. What a waste of money.
