There is lint after the first wash, no lint after drying for a long time without heating.
I bought a cheaper 'like new', took a chance, over $20 off, why not!? When I received it it was brand new! I'm pretty sure this was a return and has never been used. You can tell whether it has been washed or not. So happy with my purchase. There was lint on it when I washed it, but when I put it in the dryer (no heat) the lint was gone, yay! Update: After checking, I saw that some of the seams on the edges had come undone after washing. I don't care because I can sew.
