Reception is good as with any other device I have. Noise cancellation is good when using a chainsaw. Compared to the other two clutches, the NRR "seems" to be somewhere between 17 and 18. After a few days of use, it turned out that the distortion in one headphone was actually a signal interruption (from this side only), like a broken wire. The instructions do not include selecting a preset channel. No buttons can be used while wearing. The spring pressure on the head becomes painful after about half an hour: too tight. As a result, I returned it (instead of replacing it due to the sound in/out) as it's impossible to remove to select a new channel while driving.
