The hat and the scarf are made of very nice soft and warm material. It's easy to pair with Bluetooth once you figure out which one's on the list. CALL ME for more information. Pairs easily with my Android phone. The controls were slightly offset from the material, but they moved easily enough and were stiff enough to hold them in place. I still can't figure out how the deletion happens, but I probably won't need to for a while so I can keep trying to figure it out. The sound quality is really good. I don't know about the review that said they couldn't hear it at full volume. Mine was set up quite high so once I lowered it everything was perfect. To adjust the volume hold down the +/- buttons and to shuffle the music use the same buttons, just don't hold them down. Of course I tried to figure it out without reading the attached instructions. They're pretty basic and straightforward - except for the removal part, which is probably the ME's problem lol. In general a very good product. It has a casual look that I really like and is snug enough to stay on your head. The weather here is too warm to wear, so I'm looking forward to using it. The scarf is really good, love that it's an infinity scarf that stays around the neck without being too tight or bulky.
