I have mixed feelings about this product. I really like the design, it's very comfortable and stays in place. I've had problems with other headphones because they keep falling off, but I don't have to worry about that. I also think the sound quality and volume are good and they definitely have some level of noise cancellation compared to other headphones. On the other hand, I continue to have problems with the microphone. Sometimes it doesn't work at all and people on the other end can't hear me. I've tried all kinds of on/off, pairing on/off, etc. but haven't figured out how to get it to work properly every time. Also, sometimes they get a bit warm during use, it's not that bad but it happens to me and it can be annoying for some people.
