Bought this after buying a black inexpensive flea comb with short teeth. So many times a flea would crawl onto the black part of the ridge and I couldn't see it, so it ended up on me. The cheap black comb also removed LOTS of cat hair every time, but it worked. THIS works MUCH better! The longer teeth are better for penetrating the coat and the quality of the teeth in this comb is better than the cheaper comb. Worth every penny!
