Not as good as I hoped

I bought this to replace my chrome stand. Unfortunately this does not happen. I was disappointed with the build quality when I opened the product. The welds looked poor quality and you can clearly see that the brush holder was a cut ring of wire (they didn't even bother to round off the sharp edges before metalizing it). Out of curiosity, I tried installing it on my counter. It doesn't hold my Parker brush very well (it's a bit heavy and falls off the base). If you're looking for a brush holder, look elsewhere.
