The first amp I got was used. I thought the original receiver of the amp was just unhappy with the quality or the sound so it was sent back. I decided to install and test it as I had already requested a replacement and it was on the way. I will update the review when I put in a new amp. UPDATE: The seller kindly sent me a new amp and communicated clearly with me to diagnose an apparent wiring issue I was having. The seller and the product get 5 stars. This amp is more like a headless head unit. It's not crazy, just a built in 15 amp fuse. Overall, it faces 6.5-inch x4 200W speakers. I installed an amp in the glove box of my UTV and it works great. I really like the hidden keyboard. Bluetooth is fast, the sound is clear. USB charging and extras are great options. I wish it was a true 240w amp but you get what you pay for and for the price this thing is great.
