These joggers are a bit big for my 9 year old girl but she is growing up in them quickly. The waistband is elastic, but not constricting (lace imitation). The fabric is stretchy, soft and breathable. 60% cotton, 40% polyester. The pants are really long. The dark blue swirls against the light blue background really make them stand out. Beautiful, well-cut and well-made jogging pants.
