When the goods arrived, a stone had already been torn off the metal ring that holds the chain and was therefore unusable. A stone that is supposed to be a "protein crystal" looks and feels like clear plastic. Other pendants, while beautiful in appearance, are not real crystal either. After wearing them for a while, I noticed that the silver finish was starting to wear away, exposing the metal/copper underneath. I contacted the company and provided photos of the pendants but I was rudely dismissed and even told that this is not their product. I do not recommend for further purchases.
