I'm not entirely dissatisfied with the product, but I'm not thrilled either. They look and feel like real leather, but the top cushion is literally Velcro attached to the tray. I can pull it out immediately very easily. We bought 2 and 1 of the stools, the tray comes out very easily but the second one is almost impossible to get out and the cushion comes off every time I try to take it off. I almost broke my nail trying to pull it out. I think for the price it's decent but I wasn't expecting them to be attached with velcro.
