This is one of the best purchases I've made for my elderly pet who has trouble climbing onto the couch or bed. The ladders are very light but strong so I can easily move them around if needed. The only issue I had was that I have laminate floors and they slipped when my dogs used them. This was a simple fix by placing a strip of rubberized drawer/shelf liner under the stairs. I did not glue the liner as I plan to remove the cover and wash as needed. But I'm sure you could stick with it if you wanted to. I liked it very much, I bought another one.
