I went back and forth on this product at first. In fact, I didn't need a spare pen. On the other hand, I only had about 200 hours. I scoured the internet looking for reviews. I have mixed results. Some people said it made a huge difference, while others swore it just lasted longer. I can confirm that this stylus really makes a difference. It's a bit quieter overall, but you'll hear significantly less surface noise and get a more dynamic sound. It's warm, full and beautiful. I played back records with the old and new stylus to compare the differences. I would highly recommend this stylus to people. Buy it! $150 may seem like a lot, but every record in your collection will sound better!
