I work and work every day with 3 monitors and as soon as I got home my eyes started to hurt. I used to use blue light glasses and liked them, but they all broke easily. They're great, they 'stretch' where the temples connect to the frame and the yellow tint on the frames isn't too noticeable - the construction doesn't feel cheap as I expected. They have significantly reduced eye strain despite looking cute. And honestly, getting four pairs for what you'd pay for a "cheaper" pair is such a deal.
