Review on 👠 Whitmor Floor Shoe Rack - White, 4 Tier, Holds 20 Pairs by Jack Boldt

I bought this item to organize my shoes in my closet. I wanted something that wouldn't touch my clothes and it seemed low enough to me. Setting it up was easy, I don't understand why people say it's confusing. I had a problem with heels and wedges. I can't get them to stay in place or even fit properly in the rack. I'm a size 7 and the heeled shoes hardly stay on because I have to snap the back of the heel to the back column and try to fit the pad of the shoe onto the front column. This causes the boot to fall into the gap fairly easily, and then the heel of the top boot digs into the sole of the bottom boot. Wedges are even more difficult because they have nowhere to attach so they fall into the slots if I don't insert them correctly. 5 males) because they fall through the gap, even sneakers. Overall it works ok for the price and I can see some of my shoes better now but trying on shoes is an issue. I have about 5-6 pairs in a row as they are heels. It would probably be 4-5 if it was running shoes or bigger shoes.
