The adapter comes in a box that looks like a fruit with the OEM name inside an all white thin glossy cardboard box that comes with a photo of the adapter emblazoned with a tiny black lettering and the charts listed on the back. The iPhone and iPad icons are located at the top front, indicating which devices it is compatible with. Keyboard and mouse. I quickly realized that I needed to connect the lighting wire to the bolt icon for extra power. This whole setup looked like I was using my laptop to view photos from my Sony camera. I've attached my iPhoneXR configurations 1) Settings/Accessibility/Touch -> AssistiveTouch for mouse buttons - this allows the USB mouse to control the pointer 2) Settings/Accessibility/Keyboards -> Full keyboard access to enable 3) Settings/Accessibility/Shortcut Accessibility -> AssistiveTouch My configuration allows me to press the side button three times to activate my AssistiveTouch settings when I plug in this multi-adapter.
