The microfiber pads effectively removed all traces of makeup, even mascara when I just used them with water. I love that it comes with a storage pouch and a laundry bag, making it easy to keep clean and dirty pads separate and distinguishable! I liked the two colors and the fact that black can be used for mascara if desired. I liked the feel of the microfiber, it was very soft and gentle on the skin. I also used my face soap after wetting the pad and then washing my face and it was my favorite use! It lathered and left my face clean! *** Only thing I didn't like was that they were too soft to use toner or cleaning water on because I felt like they would soak up all the product.
