Comfort that takes some getting used to
At first it was very uncomfortable to fit and adjust, but once you get used to it and adjust it properly they are very comfortable. You cannot just thread them through belt loops like most belts. Personally, I would find it silly to wear one with a shirt tucked in and an open belt, so wear it with shirts open and tucked in.
