I never write reviews but I feel like I need to let people know. The bag is cute but very small. I know it's a shoulder bag but the description says it could be a shoulder bag. Well I'm 4'11" and the bag worn crossbody is very long. Someone asked if the straps could be doubled and the answer was yes so I bought it. They can't be made into double straps doesn't matter how hard you try.i will be returning this bag.super loose
