I suspect all Apple Watch owners use an iPhone and/or iPad. This is the only charger you can take with you because of the watch's (and of course your iPhone's) charging feature. Pros: You can use all 3 chargers at the same time without significantly impacting the charging speed. I haven't done any scientific testing, but I've charged watches and phones enough to know when they're charging at normal or faster rates. I didn't notice any slowdown when using all 3 charges (unscientific). Both ports are rated at 2.1 amps (like a regular iPad power adapter). In addition, they include USB-C to Lightning and USB-A to USB-C cables. It wasn't very obvious to me in the description, so I wasn't expecting any cables. To my surprise, these 2 cables are included. That's all I need to charge my phone, power bank and watch. Cons: It doesn't break the deal, but could be better. The charger is not "super portable". Using the iPhone measurement app, it's 3" x 2" x 1"". Not tiny, but definitely portable. Also, the connector doesn't fold, it locks where it is.
