Wrist straps are a bit tight. They fit, but I stay, they fit - not so tight as to cut off circulation, but uncomfortable. However, slap style bracelets are very long, which would help if you have wider hands/wrists. Cloth attached with Velcro. To be honest I'm not sure if they're for your ankles or anything but I wear at least a mid-shoulder bracelet as a bracelet and it's comfortable in the sweat while walking/running, even in the summer. I can't fully attest that they reflect in total darkness, but they do reflect well at dusk. All in all a great buy for the price!
