You can use it however you like, I use it as both an eye brightener and an eye shadow. The texture is comfortable and light - almost like a whisper. My new favorite beauty product. It reminds me of the old Revlon skinlights that were discontinued to my dismay. I am a fair skinned Asian Indian woman and the light color suits me very well.
