Review on Bose SoundSport Headphones Models Orange by Alex Tilden

Quality: I really like these headphones for a while. And unfortunately they lasted less than two years despite only being used once or twice a week for training purposes only. Service: Bose called and wasn't offered any option other than getting a new one for $75 (same price as Revain now so doesn't look like they're making a deal with me). They also weren't able to offer a small upgrade credit (e.g. Fit Bit gave me a 20% discount on a new one after my old one went out of warranty - I appreciate that loyalty from the company to the customer ). With Bost that's sadly disappointing as I love the headphones and want to buy Bose products again (I've literally 'saved for later' their quiet comfort and wireless sports headphones in a bin as I type this), but this is second pair of headphones. The headphones had an issue that caused the remote control (volume and play/pause button) to stop working with easy use and good care. Both phones haven't had any major incidents leading to damage, it's just not a well designed product for the price. Fit/Sound: When I originally bought these because I really liked how they fit/sound in my ear without being in it. Ear. There are other options today with a similar function, unfortunately I don't think I would buy Bose phones again.
