I've had most types and brands of soft, rubberized iPad cases for the last few iPad models (iPad Pro 12.9 2nd gen and earlier iPads, regular versions), but the ones I got today, is for 7 The 2nd Generation iPad is MUCH better! The sides are grippier, grip the sides of the iPad better (doesn't roll off as easily) and, dare I say, even better quality. So much so that I updated another iPad I had here (6th gen) with a similar case for the new 7th gen just to have that case on it too. It is so good. EVERYTHING I own and use is almost exclusively Apple, but the protective rubber case for the iPad 7th gen is really very good quality. If you have any of these cases in mind, I highly recommend this one.
