Very thin. Both broke my hand while applying.
So I got around to installing it on my iPad and BOTH broke my hand trying to remove the protective screen to reveal the sticky side. The first one annoyed me, but since there were two in the package I figured I'd try again. The second time I was SO careful, but no. the same thing happened again! I'll look around for a stronger replacement. These things are more delicate than the Host.
