One lamp flashes at maximum brightness
I bought 2 lamps but I think I received a defective lamp. When it arrived I was beyond thrilled to install them. The brightness levels were exactly what I wanted for one of them, but the other worked for the first few modes, but in the last mode it flickered quickly and gave me a headache. I thought the lamp I bought was defective. Went and bought another but still ran on the brightest setting. Then I thought of changing the bulbs from the same pack and it still doesn't work. I'm concerned that one of them works a little, but I won't be returning them.
