The picture on this monitor is good, but no remote meeting apps including Teams, Zoom, and Skype were able to "see" the camera. If it was just an app I'd assume it was the app (or me), but essentially the camera doesn't work. Also, the sound quality is very poor. Set at 100, the volume is so low that you need headphones to engage in any conversation other than one-on-one in a quiet room. So upset I wasted $300.
