DISAPPOINTED! The bag is not a soft, thick cardboard! The inner lining was torn when received. Also read the fine print. The description says it's 18 inches, but I actually ordered and received a smaller size that almost nothing fits. I am a lawyer and I am looking for a briefcase. This bag is useless to me.
