I like that it is easy to use for our internal staff as well as outside vendors. It makes sure we have all information at hand when needed. Sometimes things can be confusing so having someone else who knows how everything works would help make life easier! Nothing yet. We are still trying to figure out what features to utilize but overall I think it has been helpful. The benefits include keeping track of invoices and payments. This also helps keep track of budgets which was very important before this software came along.
