Everything is fine. It really is like that. It's a cheap, basic computer that's only really good for surfing the web. I bought it mainly for this purpose and video chat and if I want to use it for video chat unfortunately I have to get an external webcam as that sucks. I haven't thrown the box away yet because I'm not sure I'll keep it for myself. It doesn't have internal storage so I bought a memory card to be able to store things but it's not even enough. Windows wants to update but can't due to insufficient disk space. Guess why a computer with nothing saved doesn't have enough disk space to update? All in all, I'm not sure I would buy it again. I needed a computer badly otherwise I probably would have saved $200 and invested in a better and more expensive computer.
