Excellent Pendleton quality and bright, fun design. It's durable, warm and beautiful. Although many people suspect it will be scratchy because it is made of wool, it is very soft and comfortable. Blankets are very important in our mixed family (Indigenous/non-Indigenous) and each of our children was given a pair. Pendleton has never let us down. We bought these for our second son. It's the perfect size to put anywhere and accommodate our 4 month old or wrap him up when we go out. I often use it as a cover for his child's car seat. It's warm and insulating. Linen is the only concern as this is a rug. Follow the care instructions to avoid accidentally shrinking the duvet. I don't intend to have more children, but if I do, they will also get a Pendleton blanket. *Photo taken when he was only a few weeks old and weighed about 9 pounds*
